Performance Measurement
Implementation of a very complex SLA (Service Level Agreement) system in SAP BW.
This also included the successful technical design and implementation as well as the migration to SAP BW on HANA.

Innovation through layer
Creation of a first and at the same time very complex SAP BW project with about 100 commercial, technical and combined key figures as well as various source systems. The core point was the layer-oriented implementation in SAP BW.
Complete technical implementation including key user training was carried out.

Single Point of Truth
The reporting landscape, characterized by its historical complexity and diverse elements, underwent a comprehensive reorganization. A novel approach built on SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud was introduced. A successful proof of concept was executed, involving intricate data warehouse models for sales, logistics, and production, with SAP Analytics Cloud serving as the frontend. The methodologies validated in the proof of concept were subsequently applied in a successful production implementation.
